This house located in Russia. It’s a combined work of the architecture Anatoly Kuzmin and art-studio Kupryanovih. The studio has done an awesome work in order to make the house looks like a piece of art. It features... a lot of hand made ceramic elements on its facade. All these ceramic decor elements looks amazing as from close distance as from far away. Such effect is obtained by very complex painting and using of crackle and crimp techniques. These techniques makes ornaments looks more dynamic and make the whole work more interesting.

This cool urban townhouse design by Sweden architecture firm Elding Oscarson is a three level house plan sandwiched between its historic neighbors – and what an amazing contrast this presents!

With surroundings that only enhance the home’s modern ultra-urban flair, the contemporary architectural facade and minimalist design, this Swedish townhouse stands out for all the right reasons. A monolithic, plain white mass is the first thing you see on approach, and the tone doesn’t change much on entering the house.

A minimalist palette of white is flavored by the home’s authentic architectural features like its industrial-chic staircase and two loft area, built-ins and large windows. The open-concept floor plan puts all these interesting features into view from every point in house interior.

Brazil Beach Home – Cool, Casual Coastal Comforts

Marcio Kogan Architects have a few amazing beach home designs under their belt, but this stunning Brazil beach home located in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro boasts a distinct cottage-style feel that puts comfortable, casual living and a coastal cottage character at the forefront.

Pier House was designed to house a sailboat during the week and its users on weekends. This gorgeous beach house was designed in two levels, to accommodate the sloped site. The first volume, a solid box clad in whitewashed wood and "muxarabi" allows for natural lighting and ventilation.

The second volume is a box enclosed in metal panels and wood, seemingly spilling out onto the ocean just beyond its wide-open windows and sliding walls. Indeed, it would be a sin to enclose a living area like this – the beach-front view, with sand at your feet and lush tropical forest all around provide a variety of natural vistas as far as the eye can see.

Cliff House Design in Galicia, Spain

Spanish architecture firm A-cero designed this ultra-contemporary concrete and glass house in Galicia, Spain. This modern cliff house design can be described as a series of layers, which are organized along a steep slope with wonderful views in every direction.

To maximize on its spectacular surroundings, the house was designed with glass walls stretching between its massive concrete blocks. A travertine skin covers the exterior walls and in some cases, the interior, providing a chic contrast to the dark wood floors. The basement level, built into the hillside, boasts the bedrooms and bathrooms, a gym and parking garage.

The main floor is an open-concept space occupied by a terrace and solarium. Three living levels are connected via a central staircase leading to a glass floor corridor at the top floor. Throughout the home, simplicity is an important part of a minimalist design where you’ll notice the lack of interior walls, beams, and even knobs and handles.
